Weekly Devotions
In Sunday’s Gospel, Jesus extends to us the invitation to participate in His mission by taking up our cross and following in His footsteps. By imitating the Lord in His generous self-giving, we find the joy and peace that Christ alone can give to us. By carrying our burdens and caring for others, we find our true selves, for generosity brings out the best in us. Taking up our crosses is not the easiest thing to do, but it always brings us closer to God and our faith.
We pray together: St. Jude, I put all my confidence in you. You are my source of hope as I carry my cross each day.

Dear St Jude, Please help me out of my despair. I need your help and intercession with the Lord. I keep praying, crying and begging for help. I ask in the name of Jesus for this problem to end. I know things happen in God’s time but I don’t think I can take this any longer. This cross is too much. It’s not only my cross but my family’s which is not right for them. I have taken care of them for years, now I can’t and it’s killing me. Please St Jude help me, I am begging you. Do not let me stay in this condition any longer. I am not good.
Dearest St. Jude…. Please hear my prayer and help.. I am so very lonely and sad without Jim in my life.. Please intervene and bring us back together..lets things fall back into place please. I ask you dear St. Jude for my brother in law he is very sick his kidneys are not working only 30%, dr.’s don’t know why, please St. Jude intercede for him with God, he is going to the dr. today, please we need some hope, please help him. Thanks for all your help. Amen.
my tears are endless my faith have been tested, my life is dark and i question my self everyday how did i get to this situation, i donot trust the man i marry and everyday he lies to me, how do i get out of the dark place that i am, oh st jude i call upon you, i am discourage and in doubt and i have started to hate this person and one thing i donot want to do, help me st jude , blessed virgin mary and st therese i am confused and hurt and i donot know where to turned.

Dear Saint Jude, please intercede with Jesus on my behalf, that my body will be healed, & also for financial blessings. Many are suffering, and I am offering up prayers for myself, my loved ones, & those above, for their individual needs. Let it be done, according to God’s wishes.
Dear St. Jude: Please ask Our Lord to make me more pleasing to Him. I ask for many things: health, peace, contentment, security, but, in all things, only if it be His will. Ask Him please to make me a better person, to make me more tolerant and patient and forgiving. Please ask Him to bless my husband and keep him safe and well always. Thank you.
St. Judge, I pray for your intercession in my need for employment so my husband can quit working so hard and not have to work two jobs
st. jude, please intervene for me at this job. I have a negative co-worker and bosses who do not sympathize with single parents, during this school strike. Help me during this time; if it is meant for me to have this job, then let it be. Praying that you can take this loneliness and depression away, help me to heal things with m, for c, everyone in my life, for financial help, peace in my heart, that my health can improve, for the paperwork to be straightened out for f, amen.
Dear St Jude, I am praying for your help and intercession in this difficult time on my life. I keep praying, crying and begging for your help. Please do not let me be a hopeless cause any longer, please help me. I need your intercession with the Blessed Family. Please speak to my Lord and my God to hear my prayers, cries and pleas for His help. I pray in the name of Jesus for this crisis to end. I pray to His scared heart, precious blood and holy wounds. Dear St Jude, I am praying and asking for your help and intercession in the very dark time in my life. The past 6 months have not been good. I don’t see the light at the end of the tunnel, only darkness. Please let me get good news as soon as possible. Do not let me stay like this. You are the patron sant of the hopeless causes, please help my cause. This is not only for me but my family. I made a promise to dad which I must keep, please do not let me go back on my word. I am praying, crying and pleading to you to help me, please intercede. Please speak to Jesus and ask Him to hear my prayers and cries for His help. Do not let me stay like this.

Dear St. Jude, please pray that with the loans being called in we have enough money to meet all of our bills. Help me forgive and be forgiven. Lord help us in our trial and send financial relief to us quickly. Amen
