Weekly Devotions
How tragic that the man in Sunday’s Gospel went away sorrowful because he could not give up his great wealth. Money and material possessions are often important necessities to us to be sure. Yet sometimes they become too important. The man in the Gospel let his possessions control his life, rather than being a good steward of the gifts he was given.
A good steward is grateful to the Lord for all of the blessings He has bestowed, responsible in the care and use of those blessings, and generous in sharing these gifts. A good steward makes a return to the Lord with increase, using his or her gifts to make a positive difference in the world.
We pray together: St. Jude, open our minds and hearts, so we may accept God’s challenge to care for the blessings He gives to us, use them wisely, and make the world better for our efforts.

Dear St. Jude, I ask for your help, please help my Son, he has not been able to go back to work, he has an illness and will be off work for afew more months, he is going through a difficult time, and I ask that you keep him safe as he goes through his daily travels, and gets his test taken for his illness, I thank you for all you have done, I pray to you every day and evening, and thank you for the comfort you have given me and my Son, thank you for all you do to help us, I ask that your intercession will help my Son, and keep him safe and in your loving care
St. Jude please intercede for protection from harm for my son due to an unresolved issue. Please make this problem be resolved peacefully. Dear Lord send your mighty Angels to watch over him, in Jesus name I pray. Thank you.

Thank you for the blessings of my sons, they are doing great. Please help them and keep them safe. Please help me find a better job so I can pay our debts, save our home and povide for my family. Please help my husband either with his business or find a new job. I willl do my upmost to repay with kindness to others and provide charity as I have received.

Please dear St. Jude pray for us, protect us from all opposing forces that have kept us apart. Please with your help, renew our affections, vision and growth to connect as a priority to join our lives together as one. Please keep us safe, healthy and happy within each others being. I ask for your speedy and visible help to bring us together and stay together in everlasting loving, balanced, peaceful and meaningful life. Thank you for always answering my prayers.
Please pray for me. Things are so unhappy in our home. Because the money is so tight our family life revolves around the money. So little happiness and laughter, I don’t know how much longer I can stand it. So much fighting and finger pointing pray for my husband and my marriage, I am begging for prayers! Send financial help/relief and help my marriage get to a better place. There is very little love and not much respect.
Please PRAY THAT ST jUDE WILL INTERCEDE TO jESUS CHRIST for son’s hospital precedure to open up blocked arteries in legs will be sucessful ! That his Mulltiple Sclerosis will go into remission and that his eye site will improve… pray that he will no longer have to be in pain! Also pray that grandson will no longer need the desire to turn to drugs for his problems. Pray for peace in the family..that we can all get along as a loving family. THANK YOU
St Jude, please let the interview go great tomorrow. Please let me get more calls for interviews and get a job. My family is dependent on me. We are all suffering. I am no good to them in the condition that I am in. Please help me to get better, the loss of my job devastated me. I keep praying to God, the Blessed Mother, the Angels and Saints for help. Please help me since I am in despair. Do not let me and my family suffer any longer. We need your help, please intercede for us. Please speak to The Lord to hear my prayers, cries and pleas for help.
St. Jude, please help me on this job. If it’s not meant for me, at least let me get unemployment. I pray that I can get my license soon, that I can get along with everyone, esp. a. please help me to get my confidence back and that i can lose this weight. for c, that we can communicate better with each other and everyone. please help me to build better friendships and help me to heal from all my past hurt. for financial help and that i can keep my house, amen.

Dear St. Jude, please help me and my sister. We are struggling so very much! Both out of work, & no means to pay electric, food, pet food & care, my asthma medication, Murphy’s thyroid medication, taxes on our house, etc.. Our home is falling apart & we can’t repair it! We are selling off our belongings & each month we are struggling to find the money needed. PLEASE PLEASE St. Jude, I beech you!! Please let Jesus know our plight!
