Weekly Devotion – January 25

Weekly Devotions

St Jude 9Our reflection from the readings this week is:

“How shall I know if this is so? I am an old man and my wife is old also.”

We spend so much time explaining why we cannot do what God wants us to do in life. But God’s will for us is God’s will to the end. Like Zachariah, it is a matter of believing that God will enable it in us that makes us living witnesses to the Word of God.

We pray together: St. Jude, I pray for guidance and wise counsel in the important decisions I make in life

I would like to donate $100 to Haitian relief and I would like to give it in St. Jude’s name because I promised to promote his causes at all times. How do you recommend the way to do this?
