Philip went down to a town of Samaria and proclaimed the Christ there. All the people paid close attention to what Philip said as they listened to him, and saw the miraculous signs that he did. For, in cases of possession, the unclean spirits came out shrieking loudly. Many people, who were paralyzed or crippled, were healed. So there was great joy in that town.

Day of Prayer for Cancer

June 7th – Day of Prayer for CancerThroughout Wednesday’s liturgies at the National Shrine of St. Jude, we will pray in a special way for all those who suffer from cancer. We invite you to join us June 7th, and on the first Wednesday of every month, as we call upon St. Jude for the healing of cancer. Please send your special intentions for healing and remembrance of those affected by cancer to the Shrine or join our prayer circle of healing by posting your prayer to our Day of Prayer for Cancer wall below.
