“You shall not harm the widow or the orphan. If you do harm them and they cry out to me, I will hear them and my anger will blaze and I will kill you with the sword, and your own wives will be widows and your own children orphans.

Greetings of peace! It is time once again to celebrate the Solemn Novena to St. Jude at the National Shrine of St. Jude, October 22nd–30th. Our Novena will include a special day that I know you will want to take part in: on October 28th, we celebrate the Feast of our patron, St. Jude. I invite you to send your petitions to the Shrine, along with the names of any friends or loved ones for whom you would like us to pray.
